This Executive Administrative Assistant supports the Division Manager and management team. The position coordinates office operations, business processes, calendars, correspondence, and meetings. It also supports budgets, travel, expenses, onboarding, compliance, and executive decision-making through accurate information management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage executive calendars, meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive documentation
- Arrange domestic and international business travel logistics
- Process reimbursements, invoices,



payment requests, and expense reports
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets, records, and tracking systems

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- At least three years supporting senior executives or managers
