As Communications and Public Affairs Manager, you will support OpenText's reputation and public affairs agenda. You will work with Government Relations, senior leaders, Legal, Marketing, and business teams. The work spans public affairs announcements, crisis messaging, executive communications, and thought leadership on AI, data management, and data trust.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support communications programs engaging government decision makers worldwide
- Draft releases, speeches, messaging, and crisis communications
- Organize executive town halls, listening tours, and market visits
- Coordinate CEO communications planning, logistics, timing,



and distribution
- Develop thought leadership for OpenText's executive team

Requirements:

- Four to six years in corporate, executive, or public affairs communications
- Experience in politics or communications consulting is ideal
- Experience using AI tools with critical evaluation skills
- Understanding of domestic and global political landscapes
- Solid writing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
