Paladin Security is hiring a Security Supervisor for West Park Healthcare Centre, a specialized rehabilitative and complex care site. You will maintain operational standards, coach Team Leads, review reports, and respond to hospital code activations. The schedule runs Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1700, with after-hours emergency availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site audits and active interior and exterior patrols
- Identify operational risks across the healthcare site
- Review incident reports for accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain relationships with leadership and emergency services
- Remain available for after-hours emergency calls
Requirements:
- One year of healthcare security leadership experience minimum
- First Aid and CPR Level C from WSIB-approved provider
- Valid Use of Force and MOAB certifications
- Required immunization records and completed two-step TB test
- Authorization to work legally in Canada
