As a Customer Experience Associate, you will understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments while following procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics. You will also resolve concerns and support positive branch experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
- Determine needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
- Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
- Complete business processes and assigned business objectives
- High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent considered an asset
- Strong administration, planning, and time management skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
- Calm, courteous verbal and written communication skills
