Deliver direct resident care as a part time Personal Support Worker at Tendercare Living Centre in Scarborough, supporting up to eight residents.

Working under Registered Staff direction, you will address residents' physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. Care includes ambulation, feeding, bathing, grooming, documentation, and palliative support while following home policies and routines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with ambulation, feeding, bathing, and grooming
- Support participation in resident activity programs
- Deliver meals and nourishment, providing feeding assistance
- Provide emotional, social, and palliative care support
- Participate in care conferences and resident documentation

Requirements:

- Completed PSW program or recognized HCA/CCA certification
- Long-term care or community home care experience preferred
- Knowledge of care planning systems and documentation required
- Ability to read and write English and follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
