The Royal Inland Hospital Laboratory provides chemistry, hematology, microbiology, histopathology, cytology, and transfusion medicine services. This tertiary hospital operates as a regional referral site with state of the art equipment and accessible patient services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take blood and specimen samples from patients
- Prepare blood and other specimens for analysis
- Distribute specimens to departments and outside laboratories
- Operate related laboratory equipment
- Enter data into the Laboratory Information System
Requirements:
- Experience as a Medical Laboratory Assistant
- Reliable, flexible, and motivated approach
- Interest in Medical Laboratory Science
- Availability for rotating days, evenings, and nights
- Ability to perform related clerical duties
