Lead warehouse operations onsite in Vaughan with inventory, order fulfillment, safety, and workflow coordination responsibilities at Marks Supply.

The Warehouse Team Lead supports supervisors, lead hands, and warehouse associates across daily distribution activities. This position assists with inventory management, resource planning, process improvements, customer inquiries, and safety practices. Marks Supply serves Ontario contractors through HVAC, hydronics, PVF, and plumbing products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Back up supervisors on safety, employee relations, and operational concerns
- Coordinate fulfillment, receiving, product accuracy, packaging, and shipment preparation
- Optimize asset utilization, workflow, and shift handovers
- Support picking, staging, labeling,



loading, and job assignments
- Train employees and conduct safety observations and inspections

Requirements:

- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Two or more years logistics or distribution experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis
- Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment
