At Lincoln Alexander Centre, you will create secure, nurturing, inclusive environments for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Plan, implement, and document developmentally appropriate programs reflecting children's interests and needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan developmentally appropriate activities supporting cognitive, physical, social, emotional development
- Implement and document full-day play-based learning experiences
- Ensure children's health, safety, supervision,



and overall well-being
- Maintain inclusive environments supporting exploration and belonging
- Collaborate on routines and positive behaviour guidance

Requirements:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Good standing with the College of ECE
- Standard First Aid with CPR Level C
- Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check
- Experience planning programs for infant, toddler, preschool children
