This seasonal driver position supports commercial snow removal during unpredictable weather conditions. You will operate company-provided pickup trucks, manage assigned routes independently, and communicate with supervisors throughout shifts. Availability is required throughout the contract, including overnight work, weekends, holidays, and short-notice callouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly when winter snow events are dispatched
- Operate trucks safely around vehicles, buildings, and pedestrians
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
- Transparent properties efficiently to company standards
- Maintain communication with supervisors during shifts
Requirements:
- At least one year of snow plowing experience required
- Comfort operating equipment in difficult winter conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and responsive to management calls
- Reliable transportation to the designated reporting location
