This permanent Program Assistant position reports to the Program Manager and supports clients through physical, emotional, and social assistance. You will follow care plans, maintain records, and help sustain a safe, healthy setting. The work includes daily living support, community resources, and recreational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with hygiene, housekeeping, meals, appointments, and interpersonal skills
- Administer medications and provide reminders according to established policy
- Support feeding, transfers, grooming, toileting, and community outings
- Complete rounds,



housekeeping, records, logs, and shift debriefings
- Provide feedback, resources, and responses to client inquiries

Requirements:

- Grade 12 and Community Social Service certificate
- One year supporting marginalized populations or equivalent experience
- First Aid 1 and current CPR certificate
- Criminal records check with vulnerable sector screening
- Required tuberculosis screening and employee immunization forms
