Reporting to the Director of Care, this Registered Nurse assesses resident needs and develops individualized care plans. The position requires nursing process knowledge, effective communication, and organized clinical judgment. You will also collaborate with residents, substitute decision makers, and interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident nursing care
- Administer medications and document care according to standards
- Collaborate about resident needs, preferences, and health status
- Develop and evaluate goals of care with residents




- Participate in interdisciplinary conferences and resident care discussions

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent
- Current provincial Registered Nurse registration
- Knowledge of geriatric nursing developments and current trends
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Administrative, computer, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
