This Assistant Store Manager role supports Pandora's Store Manager and helps the team exceed sales goals and KPI expectations. You will build brand loyalty through product knowledge, inspire accountability, and contribute to hiring Sales Associates and Sales Leads. Strong retail execution remains central.
