Rivercity Inclusion is assuming nursing and care services at this 54-unit senior assisted living community. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide personal care, conduct resident visits, and complete assessments. You will work independently and within an interdisciplinary team while following skilled standards and legislative scope.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care to assisted living residents
- Perform nursing procedures according to professional standards
- Conduct resident visits and complete care assessments
- Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
- Supervise Care Aides and provide performance feedback

Requirements:

- Graduate from an approved Licensed Practical Nursing program
- Maintain current practicing LPN registration in British Columbia
- Bring at least one year of relevant care experience
- Communicate strongly in oral and written formats
- Respond calmly and appropriately during crisis situations

Support resident independence and dignity through overnight assessments, nursing procedures, personal care, and interdisciplinary teamwork at Ironwood Place.
