Mediflex Talent Solutions is recruiting an active Ontario-registered RPhT for an established pharmacy serving group homes across the region. You will perform technical and final checks alongside four experienced RPhTs and a dedicated technical team lead. Pharmacy assistants handle most system entry, while pharmacists and production staff support accurate, timely workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform technical checks within the RPhT scope of practice
- Verify medication packaging, trays, and technical documentation
- Identify discrepancies and promptly flag them appropriately
- Coordinate with pharmacists, assistants, and production staff
- Follow pharmacy procedures and support quality-focused workflows
Requirements:
- Active Ontario College of Pharmacists RPhT registration
- Ideally one year or more of technician experience
- Institutional or community pharmacy experience welcomed
- Sharp attention to detail and cooperative working style
- Kroll experience is an asset, not required
