This Team Leader guides daily retail operations while supporting sales and customer satisfaction. The role combines team communication, product knowledge, stock presentation, ticketing, visual merchandising, and Health & Safety. You will represent Mountain Warehouse professionally, resolve concerns, and help colleagues develop through constructive feedback and mentoring.
