VetWise, formerly Smart. Vet, is expanding its part time remote team of Registered Veterinary Technicians. You will assess symptoms, guide next steps, and help veterinary hospitals extend care availability. The work supports accessible, high-quality veterinary care through virtual services and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct remote patient triage using symptoms and medical histories
- Educate clients about symptoms and medication administration
- Coordinate follow-up appointments and in-person clinic referrals
- Document patient histories and client interactions accurately




- Provide emergency virtual triage and platform troubleshooting

Requirements:

- Active Ontario or Alberta registration and OAVT or ABVTA membership
- Three to five years as a Registered Veterinary Technician
- At least one year of direct customer service experience
- Excellent verbal, written, technology, and independent judgment skills
- Dedicated home workspace, reliable internet, and weekend availability
