Each day our brew crew focuses on bringing our community the best possible products and continuously surprises us with amazing beers. Whether making beer, packing boxes or cleaning the brewery our team does it all.

This role is at our new Field House -Calgary Brewhouse and is accountable for the following:

Accountable for Leading Operations (Field House AB):

- Brewing on the 5 BBL system and overseeing all aspects of wort and beer production
- Executing brew days within the scheduled time while hitting volume and extract targets
- Problem solving and maintenance on various brewing equipment when needed
- Ordering ingredients and supplies
- Working with Sr. Director of Brewing to develop new recipes and formulate beer / beverage concepts

Accountable for Cellarwork:

- Learning and performing various tasks in the brewery - Tank CIP, beer transfers, gravity readings, dry hopping, fruiting beers, etc.




- Daily record keeping and brewery data entry (EKOS and Elsewhere)
- Cleaning and organizing spaces - packaging space and surrounding area cleanliness
- Quality control & sensory Analysis on all produced products

Accountable for Packaging:

- Prepare products for packaging
- Keg cleaning and packaging
- Inventory management
