Grayframe Ltd. is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Concrete Formwork / Hoarding Laborer's in Canmore, Alberta.

We are specifically looking for local workers from Canmore and the surrounding Bow Valley area. This position is ideal for individuals who live locally and are looking for steady, full-time construction employment.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the setup, installation, and removal of concrete formwork.
- Assist carpenters and crew members with daily construction activities.
- Build, install, and dismantle temporary hoarding and construction barriers.
- Handle, move, and organize construction materials, tools, tarps and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team.
- Perform general construction laborer duties as required.

Qualifications

- Previous construction, concrete, or carpentry experience is considered an asset.
- Experience with concrete formwork or hoarding is an advantage.




- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Valid driver's license is considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
