Deli Clerk/Cashier
Retail Deli Clerk (Vancouver Downtown)
At European Deli on Davie Street (1220 Davie Street) we have been selling European products for over 25 years. We sell deli meats along with cured and smoked products. We also have a large grocery and imported goods section.
We are currently looking for new team members to fill FULL or PART-TIME Prep & Deli Counter Customer Service position.

POSITION SUMMARY
● deli prep (spreads)
● maintaining deli display,
● product knowledge (some experience with or knowledge of European/Mediterranean food is an asset)
● using deli meat slicer,
● weighing and packaging customer purchases,
● point of sale transactions,
● light cleaning tasks to maintain work stations and deli display.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES FOR THESE POSITIONS
● Experience in food service production an asset.
● Motivated, mature and flexible (available to work weekends and holidays),
● Able to take initiative and direction.
