About Us

Powerprint.ca is a growing custom embroidery and printing business. We create personalized products for individuals and businesses. We're looking for a reliable and friendly person to help with customer service, sales, and daily order management.

What You'll Do

- Respond to customer emails and phone calls.
- Follow up with existing customers and quote requests.
- Contact potential businesses and teams to introduce our products and services.
- Help customers with orders, quotes, and general questions.
- Keep customer information and orders organized.
- Help make sure orders are processed on time.

What We're Looking For

- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable talking to customers over the phone, including cold calls.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify is required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is required.




- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic office software.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada (Canadian citizens and permanent residents preferred).

Work Schedule & Pay

- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- $20 per hour
