Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting the latest Android and iOS mobile devices, accessories, and related products through engaging sales conversations.
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices, including screen replacements, battery swaps, and software troubleshooting.
- Use schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify hardware issues and implement effective repair solutions.
- Operate hand tools safely and efficiently to perform repairs on various device models while maintaining high quality standards.
- Provide guidance on operating systems such as macOS, Windows, Android, and iOS to help customers optimize their device usage.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used,



and customer interactions to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in mobile technology and repair techniques to continually enhance your expertise.

Qualifications

- Proven experience with retail sales environments, especially within electronics or mobile device stores.
- Strong knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems along with familiarity with macOS and Windows platforms.
- Hands-on experience repairing mobile devices using schematics and troubleshooting software issues.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for delicate repairs on various device models.
- Excellent analysis skills to diagnose hardware problems accurately and efficiently.
- Understanding of computer hardware components relevant to mobile device repair.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to customers of all levels of understanding.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced retail setting.
