Love Volkswagens? So do we. Let’s wrench together. Are you a Journeyman Automotive Technician who gets fired up over a clean diagnosis, crisp torque specs, and a proper road test? At West Edmonton Volkswagen, we’re all about quality work, positive vibes, and a shared passion for German engineering. We’re on the lookout for a Volkswagen-loving Journeyman Tech to join our crew. If you know your way around a Volkswagen, enjoy team lunches in the shop, and take pride in making things run like new—this might just be your recent pit stop. What You'll Be Up To:

- Running full inspections and solving vehicle mysteries like a diagnostic detective.
- Performing expert repairs and maintenance, especially on all things VW.
- Using specialized Volkswagen tools and tech to get the job done right.
- Working alongside a solid crew of fellow techs who’ve got your back.
- Staying sharp with the latest Volkswagen systems through regular training.
- Communicating with customers when needed (with a little car nerd charm).
- PDIS and used cars if you want to make some extra hours.

What You Bring to the Table:

- You’ve completed a certified automotive training program and hold a Journeyman ticket.
- You're experienced in the bay and comfortable with Volkswagen diagnostic tools.
- You’ve got an eagle eye for detail and a knack for solving problems.
- You're a team player who can roll with the fast-paced shop life.

- Safety is second nature and your workspace is always clean.
- You’ve got a valid driver’s license.

Bonus Points If:

- You’ve already worked with Volkswagens or have factory training.
- You can name your top three favorite VW models (and explain why, passionately).

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

- Competitive pay and a retention bonus to show you we’re serious about long-term commitment.
- Full benefits package and ongoing training to keep your skills sharp.
- A supportive, tight-knit shop team that actually likes coming to work.
- Career growth opportunities in a growing dealership.
- Our Service Manager is also a Volkswagen Master Technician—so you’ll be working for someone who speaks your language and values quality work.
- Did we mention we like to have fun? From team BBQs to Friday shop playlists—this is a place where people enjoy what they do.
