About the Role

Pony Tree Service is a fast-growing tree service company in Metro Vancouver, and we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team.

This role focuses on converting qualified inbound leads into clients through on-site consultations and relationship building.

What You’ll Do

- Distribute marketing flyers in targeted neighborhoods to generate leads :

- Conduct on-site estimates and provide professional quotations

- Educate clients on tree services and permit processes

- Close deals and manage customer relationships

- Generate referrals and repeat business

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in sales (construction, landscaping, or home services preferred)
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license (vehicle is a plus)




- Self-driven with a strong desire to earn and grow
- Comfortable working in a field-based role
- Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus
