- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who deal with food materials or ingredients
- Train staff in job duties and sanitation procedures
- Ensure food, food ingredients and service meet quality control or standards
- Establish work schedules
- Maintain records of stock, inventory, repairs, sales and wastage
- Estimate amount of ingredient and order ingredients and supplies
Job requirement :
- 1 year of work experience in food preparation or service
- Secondary graduation
- Able to communicate in English
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
