Digital Marketing Manager (Growth & Revenue Focused)

Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead pipeline generation and revenue-focused marketing efforts. This role is responsible for driving qualified leads, improving conversion rates, and scaling ROI across paid and organic channels.

You will work closely with leadership and sales to turn business goals into measurable marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage lead generation campaigns across paid channels
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead quality and ROI
- Improve conversion rates across the marketing funnel
- Work closely with sales to identify gaps and improve lead flow
- Optimize landing pages, forms, and follow-up processes
- Track and report on key KPIs including CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS
- Manage CRM lead tracking, attribution, and automation
- Test new channels, creative, and campaign strategies to support growth

Qualifications

- 3-6+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital acquisition
- Experience managing paid media budgets of $90,000+ per month
- Robust understanding of funnels, CRO, and attribution
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical skills




- Experience working closely with sales teams
- Experience in financial services, mortgages, or lead-generation environments
- Copywriting or landing page optimization experience
- Familiarity with call center or high-volume sales teams
