Job Summary

1-800 Radiator & A/C, a Driven Brands company, is seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative for our Calgary location.

Key qualifications include:

- Knowledge and experience in the automotive field (strong asset)
- Excellent communication and written skills in English
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- A friendly and enthusiastic personality
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and be results-oriented

Primary Responsibilities :

- Answer inbound calls from customers requesting price, availability, and delivery information
- Make a minimum of 10 outbound calls daily to follow up on sales quotes and communicate recent product launches
- Execute upselling strategies to increase the average transaction price
- Maximize inbound sales opportunities by maintaining a strong conversion ratio
- Communicate important customer relationship issues with the Sales Manager, including customer escalations




- Process payments for credit card transactions - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Experience and Skills :

- 1+ years of experience in automotive parts or truck sales
- Customer-service oriented
- Must have counter sales experience in the automotive or truck industry

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
