Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns and promotional activities
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide ongoing account management support to ensure clients’ ongoing success and loyalty
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and industry developments to effectively communicate value propositions

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales,



or technology sales with a focus on business development
- Strong negotiation and closing skills that drive results
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred) for effective client engagement
- Ability to develop strategic account management plans tailored to client needs
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce for managing sales pipelines and customer data
- Analytical skills to assess market conditions, sales performance, and customer requirements
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Knowledge of marketing strategies that support sales efforts
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams

Job Types : Full time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$50.00 per hour
