Overview

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and use of equipment.
- Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met consistently across all facilities.
- Schedule work assignments, monitor performance, and provide feedback to team members.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, including hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment.
- Perform or oversee routine maintenance tasks using appropriate tools to address minor repairs or facilities upkeep.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance.
- Address customer service concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, supplies used, and team attendance for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with management to develop improvement plans for cleaning procedures and safety practices.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in custodial services, commercial cleaning,



or facilities maintenance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with staff and addressing customer needs.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment safely.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy lifting, chemical handling, and equipment operation.
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary and stand for extended periods during shifts.

Pay: $55,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
