Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Assist the General Manager in developing and executing operational strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Supervise daily operations across departments, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, motivate, and evaluate team members to foster a positive work environment and promote professional development.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial management activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and industry best practices.
- Participate in hiring, training, and onboarding new staff members.
- Assist in planning marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts to increase brand visibility.

Experience

- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a relevant industry.




- Strong understanding of operational processes, team leadership, and customer service principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and implement improvements based on insights.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with staff, clients, and senior management.
- Prior experience with budgeting, financial reporting, or strategic planning is preferred but not mandatory.
