Previous canvassing experience is not required! What You'll Be Doing -Visit residential neighbourhoods and introduce homeowners to Nutrafarms. -Engage with potential customers in a friendly and skilled manner. -Generate leads and appointments for our sales representatives. -Collect accurate customer information using a company-provided tablet. -Work alongside your team to achieve performance goals. -Represent Nutrafarms positively within the community. What We're Looking For -Friendly, confident individuals who enjoy talking to people. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills.



-A positive attitude and willingness to learn. -Reliable, punctual and self-motivated team players. -Comfortable walking and working outdoors. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous sales, customer service or canvassing experience is an asset but not required. Compensation & Bonuses Commission of $60 per completed qualifying virutal farm tour, including vacation and statutory pay. Earnings floor of $20 per hour, including vacation and statutory pay, administered through the company's draw system. Additional performance bonuses based on completed virtual farm tours.
