Meat Cutter - South Location

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Meat Cutter to join our team at our South location. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality meat products while maintaining a clean, safe, and customer-focused environment.

Position Overview

As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing meats according to company standards and customer preferences. You will also assist customers with product selection, ensure product quality, and help maintain an organized and sanitary workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Cut, trim, and prepare meats based on customer requests and company standards
- Package, label, and display meat products for sale
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service, including product recommendations
- Work collaboratively with team members to support daily store operations
- Assist with stocking and inventory maintenance as needed

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous experience as a Meat Cutter, Butcher,



or similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of meat cuts and cutting techniques
- Understanding of food safety and handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Solid teamwork and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting 50-75 lbs (approx. 23-34 kg)
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a cold, refrigerated environment

How to Apply

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
