You will work with doctors, nurses, customers, and pets while protecting confidential information and processing payments accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly in person, by phone, and online
- Route urgent medical calls to doctors quickly




- Record calls, emails, and texts accurately
- Resolve concerns and anticipate customer needs
- Follow up after visits regarding pets' care

Requirements:
- Two or more years of customer service experience
- Advanced computer and practice management software knowledge
- Solid organization, communication, and multitasking abilities
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability
- Availability for rotating nights, weekends, and holidays
