Barista / Front of House Team Member

We are a busy, growing family-run bakery and café in Downtown Edmonton looking for friendly and reliable team members to join our front-of-house team. We’re looking for people who enjoy connecting with customers, work well in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating a welcoming experience.

We are looking for dependable team members who want to become a long-term part of our growing team.

Schedule :

- Monday-Friday

- Day shifts only

- Typical hours between 7:00 AM-4:00 PM :

- Full-time and part-time opportunities available :

- We are looking to hire at least one full-time team member and may also hire additional part-time team members

Responsibilities :

- Greet customers and provide friendly service
- Take customer orders and process payments
- Prepare coffee and espresso beverages
- Package baked goods and food items
- Keep displays stocked and organized
- Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house areas
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work as part of a team during busy periods

- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Previous barista, café, retail, or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude, takes initiative, self-responsible, problem-solver, able to manage time and priorities in a small team setting, and can take and act on feedback
