Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance
- Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactions
- Manage merchandising efforts to optimize product placement and presentation in line with marketing strategies
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Maintain organizational standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies

Requirements :

- Proven experience in retail sales, store management, or sales management with demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in POS systems, and basic math skills for cash handling and pricing calculations
- Experience in merchandising, purchasing, budgeting, and marketing strategies within retail settings
- Supervising experience with a focus on team management and training & development
- Strong interpersonal skills including phone etiquette and customer service excellence




- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Leadership qualities such as motivation, problem-solving ability, and strategic thinking are essential for success in this role

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years experience in a retail sales environment with an emphasis on customer service. Required to ensure all shifts are covered for the store and may need to cover when needed.
- Work weekdays and some Saturdays as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Proficiency in Prosoft an asset
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed.
- Passion for farming.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
