About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and hands on Customer Service & Shipping Associate to join the Stakora team. This is a key role for a multi talented individual who will act as a support system for our daily operations, from customer service to shipping.

What You’ll Do

- Customer Support: Manage incoming customer inquiries. Handle order modifications, returns, and exchanges while providing a helpful and professional experience for every client.
- Fulfillment and Shipping: Prepare and pack daily orders with high precision and care. Coordinate with shipping carriers and monitor tracking to ensure timely delivery of our jewelry to customers worldwide.
- Operations and Inventory: Assist with physical inventory management and studio organization. Help with general administrative tasks.
