Are you passionate about holistic wellness and providing exceptional customer service? TruRelief Wellness is seeking a dedicated part-time receptionist to join our team. We offer a range of qualified services, including massage, acupuncture, osteopathy and physiotherapy, in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities : Your position may include, but is not limited to:

- Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable
- Manage appointment scheduling and assist clients with bookings
- Verify client insurance coverage, process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Collaborate with and assist practitioners to ensure smooth operations
- Update and maintain medical records and documentations
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Cleanup of common areas including laundry and washroom, maintain organization of the front desk

Requirements :





- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Quick learner and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Quick response and ability to deal with difficult situations

Job Type : Part time or Full time

Salary : From $15.00 per hour
