MCI Physiotherapy clinics are patient focused physio and rehabilitation clinics, located within MCI The Doctor's Office. We currently have an opportunity for a clinic receptionist who can share our core values of dignity, care, respect and teamwork to join our growing company. Working under the direction of the Physiotherapist/Clinic Manager, the responsibilities include:
- Booking/scheduling patients
- Answering phones
- Collecting payment
- Direct billing to insurance companies
- Possess the ability to multi-task effectively in a clinic setting
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
We require someone to work on Fridays and Saturdays
Job Types : Part-time, Casual
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
