SHIFT WORK & COMPRESSED WORKWEEKS ARE REQUIRED; SCHEDULES ARE 2-WEEK IN-AND-OUT ROTATIONS. Regular air travel required.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG & ALCOHOL TEST. - Valid Class 5 Driver's License strongly preferred.

This is a WORKING CHEF role, located at a remote mining facility or exploration camp in Northern Saskatchewan (head office in Saskatoon).

Compensation : Salary range is $64,000-$70,000 (based on experience & qualifications), plus perks.

What you will do:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a culinary team.
- You will manage food costs and inventory.
- Maintain standards for food safety,



food storage, rotation, quality and appearance.

Job Requirements:

- Experience with kitchen management within the service industry.
- Jobs require shift work at remote sites - mining facilities & exploration camps.
- Knowledge of Vegan, Halal and Gluten allergy variation cooking skills.
- Good knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Camp Manager programs.
- You must be a team leader, who works well with others.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a larger team.
- Customer relation skills.
