Prepare meals for AgeCare residents while maintaining secure, sanitary work areas and supporting a person-centered long-term care home. Work Tuesday through Saturday, 10:30am to 6:30pm.

As Cook, you will ensure proper meals are prepared and served on time in the long-term care residence. You will check special diet orders for new admissions when required and respond to resident or family concerns. The role may include directing Food Services Workers and assuming responsibility for department operations when required.

Requirements:
- Prior Cook experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Current provincial Safe Food Handling Certificate
- Minimum public-school education required
- High school education preferred
- Diploma, certificate, or equivalent in quality food preparation and production
