Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth business flow
- Lead and supervise sales associates, providing coaching and training to enhance team performance
- Manage merchandising efforts, including product placement, pricing strategies, and inventory replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Oversee cashiering functions such as cash handling, POS transactions, and balancing registers
- Assist with payroll processing, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost sales and store visibility
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures

Requirements :

- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with a strong background in sales management and team leadership
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and basic math skills




- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Experience in merchandising, pricing strategies, purchasing, and marketing within a retail environment
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities including supervising staff, training & development, and engaging teams
- Knowledge of budgeting, store management operations, and administrative processes such as payroll and bookkeeping
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while independently managing responsibilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail setting
