Job summary : The purpose of this position is to interact with members and ensure they have a great experience while dining at Whitevale Clubhouse. Servers are responsible for serving food and beverages to members, in a friendly and efficient manner. Servers are expected to be attentive to members needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, and relaxed for the duration of their stay, while in the Clubhouse.

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Arrive on time and ready for your scheduled shift in proper uniform.
- Clean and prepare tables, replenish napkins, fill roll up bins, refill condiments in server fridge.
- Full knowledge of all current food, beverage and wine menu items including prices, ingredients, upsell options, add-ons, specials, 86’d items.
- Greeting and directing members to tables, greeting members at tables within a 2-minute time frame, presenting menus and daily specials, assisting members in menu selections, informing members of menu item details, communicating member orders to the bar and kitchen in a timely and accurate manner, via POS system.
- Delivering beverage items to the proper member tables within an appropriate time frame.




- Deliver condiments and cutlery directly after orders have been taken and drinks have been delivered.
- Maintain clean tables and surrounding area including floors under and around tables by sweeping frequently during shift.
- Clean tables immediately after members leave and prepare for a new seating.
- Pay close attention to table maintenance throughout duration of the members visit (refilling drinks, replacing cutlery)
- Perform cleaning tasks as needed or when asked by Manager or Supervisor.
- Greet all members warmly and promptly with an appropriate greeting.
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently as described in the Whitevale Employee Handbook.
- Be ready and willing to assist co-workers as needed.

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Contract length: 7 months Part time hours: 25-40 per week

Salary : From $18.00 per hour
