We are seeking detail-oriented specialist to join our team in the role of FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) Manager.
Key Responsibilities :
- To have strong understanding of Amazon and E-Commerce model, performance metrics and supply chain. To acquire knowledge on Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals sector and market.
- Make and execute long term sustainable business plans encompassing product selection, promotion, pricing and communication strategies, competition mapping, forecasting etc.
- Devise and execute daily strategies and tasks to drive discoverability, SEO, improve conversion, optimize merchandising, advertising and deliver sales & performance metrics
- Own day-to-day seller Central account management and maintain inventory at Amazon
- Responsible to communicate and partner with cross-functional teams to launch, ship product and build promotional and marketing plans & materials specific to the Online Channel.
- Leverage Amazon Tools & Analytics to derive key business insights and improve operations
- Responsible for maintaining and creating new product listings by coordinating with other team members for content and stats for the market algorithm. Resolve issues with Amazon
- Create and manage campaigns. Ensure sales & ACoS/ROAS goals are achieved.
- Monitor and drive ASIN Rankings,
reviews and rating strategies
- Evaluate our current Amazon workflows and processes for improvement opportunities
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements :
- Science or Commerce graduate.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Amazon Seller Central
- Experience with partner tools like Jungle scout & helium 10 is a plus
- Experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical sector is a plus
- Experience in other eCommerce platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently, organize, coordinate & collaborate
- Excellent time management, initiative and organizational skill
- Passionate about Amazon Selling, Data Driven and Analytical
- The position requires you to work in Surrey, BC
