Collingwood General and Marine Hospital is seeking a Resource Nurse to join the Medical team. This permanent full time role supports both patients and nursing staff, with a focus on safe, efficient, and patient-centered care during 12-hour shifts (days, nights, weekends).

You will lead care planning, mentor staff, and collaborate across units to improve patient flow and discharge processes while upholding professional standards and hospital policies.
