About You You’re mature with a positive attitude—reliable, hard-working, and fun to work with. You are in good physical condition, able to stand for up to 8 hours a day and lift boxes weighing up to 55 lbs (25 kg). A valid driver’s license is required.

About Us Blue Sky Clothing is passionate about creating clothing from natural fibers—primarily bamboo—with a strong focus on eco-friendly materials. Their mission is to “save the planet one garment at a time,” while offering inclusive sizing from XS to 4X to fit and celebrate all body types.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Assist with loading and unloading merchandise from delivery trucks
- Inspect, count, and verify incoming merchandise against packing lists
- Sort and organize merchandise on shelves according to company procedures
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer and store orders
- Maintain a safe, clean,



and organized work environment by keeping aisles, racks, and workstations clear and tidy
- Adhere to safety policies; report any unsafe practices or conditions to the supervisor
- Participate in inventory counts, assist with maintaining computerized inventory records
- Other duties as directed

REQUIREMENTS :

- Must be punctual and arrive 5 minutes before scheduled start time
- Uniform provided by the warehouse supervisor must be worn at all times
- No use of personal cell phones or headphones while in the warehouse
- Closed-toe shoes are mandatory—no flip-flops or sandals
- No use of scented soaps or perfumes (due to staff allergies)
- Use ladders for reaching high shelves—do not stand on shelves
- Clean, Valid Class 5 Drivers License

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

- Previous warehouse experience an asset
- Ability to lift and move up to 55 lbs
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
