RF Transparent is a growing distributor specializing in glass railing and glass fencing materials across Quebec and Ontario.

We are looking for a highly organized, fast, and reliable Logistics & Operations Coordinator to help manage deliveries, warehouse coordination, customer scheduling, and day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced wholesale/distribution environment involving large glass materials, trucking coordination, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily truck deliveries and customer pickups
- Schedule and organize delivery routes efficiently
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery timing and orders
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and drivers
- Verify glass quantities, dimensions, and order readiness before dispatch
- Prepare shipping documents and delivery paperwork
- Follow up on delayed, missing, or damaged shipments
- Assist with inventory coordination and warehouse operations
- Work closely with sales and operations teams
- Help improve workflow and logistics organization





Requirements :

- Experience in logistics, dispatching, transportation, warehouse coordination, or operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Good communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with Excel, inventory systems, or ERP systems is an asset
- Experience in construction materials, glass, railing, windows, doors, or wholesale distribution is a strong asset
- Ability to solve problems independently
- English required
- Mandarin is an asset
