Job Summary

Duties

- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport goods within the Warehouse Shipper/Receiver.
- Perform order picking, packing, and fulfillment tasks accurately according to customer specifications.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, including verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 to track inventory levels, update records, and ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of products, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks using appropriate equipment for efficient movement of materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Operate heavy equipment safely while adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.

Experience





- Prior experience working in a warehouse distribution setting is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 is advantageous.
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, or order pickers is required; certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, packaging, and load & unload operations is essential.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience in manufacturing or construction settings is beneficial.
- Proven ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $26.16 per hour
