FULL TIME AND PART TIME (WEEKEND) POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Bruce Wine Bar is the Food & Beverage Operators at Beaver Valley Ski Club, a world-class, family-oriented private ski club. Bruce Wine Bar is a family owned and operated business, residing in the heart of Thornbury for the past 15 years. We provide opportunities to learn and grow your skills under our seasoned leadership team. We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team for a fast-paced winter season. Operations include cafeteria service, bar service, special events, group bookings and high quality prepared foods & catering to-go.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality food in a professional, safe and efficient manner, satisfying our customers expectations
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure smooth service, high food quality & minimal waste
- Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met




- Produce menu items to outlined specifications including portion control

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Kitchen experience is an asset but we will train!
- Food Handler’s Certificate
- Note: at times this can be a very physical job, lifting, standing long periods of time, running up and down stairs, working events
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule Wed-Sunday throughout the ski season

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
