We are seeking an experienced and dependable Concrete Pump Operator to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining concrete pumping equipment across a variety of projects, including company-operated jobs and customer rental work.
We are looking for a safety-conscious professional with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to operate a diverse range of equipment while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.
Position Overview
- Full-time employment
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Approximately 40–60 hours per week, depending on seasonal demand and workload
- Hourly wage of $30.00–$33.00, based on qualifications and experience
- Overtime paid at time and a half.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate concrete pumping equipment on company projects and customer rental jobs.
- Demonstrate the ability and willingness to operate all equipment within our fleet, ranging from a line pump to a 38-metre boom pump.
- Operate line pumping equipment when required, based on project scope and operational needs.
- Complete equipment setup, operation, cleanup, and routine maintenance.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical or safety concerns.
- Work collaboratively with contractors, placing crews, customers, and other team members to ensure efficient job completion.
- Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company positively on all job sites.
- Follow all company safety policies,
procedures, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of concrete pumping experience.
- Ability and willingness to operate various types and sizes of pumps throughout the fleet.
- Comfortable operating both boom and line pumping equipment as job requirements dictate.
- Strong understanding of concrete pumping procedures and job-site safety.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to accommodate seasonal workload and additional hours when required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage of $30.00–$33.00, based on experience and qualifications.
- Overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate.
