Our Service and Specialty Division is dedicated to providing expert solutions, troubleshooting, and custom installations to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our Service & Specialty Division. The ideal candidate will have experience with glass installation, repair, and troubleshooting in a variety of applications. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform on-site troubleshooting and problem-solving to address customer needs.
- Install, repair, and replace various types of glass, including storefronts, curtain walls, doors, partitions, showers, mirrors, and custom specialty glass products.
- Coordinate project schedules, materials, and labor to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project expectations are met.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all projects.




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any project changes.

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous experience in glass installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of various glazing systems, materials, and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and address installation challenges.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Safety certifications (such as Fall Protection, WHMIS, or First Aid) are an asset.

Pay: $35.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
