Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students interested in studying in Canada, understanding their educational backgrounds, explaining available study options, following up with potential clients, and converting qualified inquiries into retained clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming inquiries from prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries, and other marketing channels.
- Understand students' educational qualifications, academic history, career goals, and study preferences.
- Provide information about Canadian colleges, universities, admission requirements, programs, tuition fees, and available intakes.
- Assist students in identifying suitable programs and institutions based on their educational backgrounds and career objectives.
- Explain admission procedures, documentation requirements, application timelines, and the overall admission process.
- Follow up with prospective students regularly to convert inquiries into clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, follow-ups, and client interactions in the company's CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions and documentation processing team to ensure timely submission of applications.
- Assist students with collecting academic documents, transcripts, English language test results, and other admission-related documents.
- Maintain professional relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.




- Achieve monthly counselling, follow-up, and client conversion targets.
- Stay updated on Canadian college and university admission requirements, program availability, and intake deadlines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Previous experience in student counselling, education consulting, or Canadian admissions will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Canadian colleges, universities, and admission procedures is an advantage.
- Good telephone etiquette and client-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
- Target-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
